Solar Panels

Welcome to the Local Environment Strategy website. This website has been set up with the aim of providing answers to all questions about Local Environment Strategy you might have, and is full of links and resources about it. Modern environmental strategy need to make more of an effort to implement energy efficient technologies in our buildings and public spaced, for example in the guise of PV solar panels, and now more than ever, since the recent legislation in Great Britain which requires commercial buildings to obtain energy performance certificates.

Our local environment strategies need to be focused upon the global threat we are all facing, that of global warming, which is a result of a century or more of harmful pollution emissions, and actually threatens humanity’s survival on this planet. We need to ensure that not only do we conserve and preserve the environmental resources we currently have, but that we also work to ensure we don’t destroy any more through our actions. This means a joined up approach to not just environmental conservation, but also energy use, building, and urban planning. And in places such as inner-city areas, urban renewal projects need to be undertaken to ensure these areas can keep up with the changes being wrought elsewhere. If we can do this we might stand a chance at keeping this green and beautiful land we take for granted in its current state for generations to come. We are always keen to hear your thoughts about our Local Environment Strategy website.
